Bruno Breton, a social network expert from the world of media and marketing and Alexander Polonsky, with graduate degrees from MIT and Stanford in Applied Mathematics and Neuroscience come from complementary backgrounds and share the same conviction: “ Social networks are going to revolutionize the world ”.

At the Social Media Lab of the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale in Lausanne where they met in 2014, they built the foundations of a new approach to social network analysis which they tested to wide acclaim for the analysis of social media conversations in conjunction with the COP21 climate conference in Paris.

In 2016, they joined forces to create Bloom, the first AI platform dedicated to the qualitative, predictive and strategic analysis of social networks.

As one of a limited number of privileged partners, Bloom has signed official “Technology Provider Agreement” with Facebook and Instagram, which gives us access to their APIs and to the public data on both networks.
